At Fasthouse, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't the right fit or style, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location; ensure the barcode is clearly visible for a smooth scan and tracking update.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
